db Bistro Moderne Miami, located in the JW Marriott Marquis in Met 2, is hosting a contemporary Portuguese wine tasting dinner on Tuesday, September 18. Historically rooted in its superb dessert wines, the reputation of Portugal’s vineyards has evolved over the last several decades. Thanks to an impressive evolution in indigenous varietals and modern techniques, Portuguese vintners are now offering numerous table-wines based on traditional flavors, to complement their legendary Port. Please join Chef Matthieu Godard and Sommelier Christopher Lindemann at a wine tasting dinner exploring the flavors of Portugal, pairing four courses with at least five wines, ranging from light and zesty Vinho Verde, to the profound depths of the Douro, and the immortality of Madeira.
